The SoftClose® mechanism makes it possible to close the toilet lid with just a tap of the finger. The SoftClose® original closing mechanism closes the lid silently, is gentle on the material and thus also offers protection against jamming.

Thanks to the TakeOff® function, the entire toilet seat including the cover can be easily removed and put back on again without any tools. This means that the seat and the ceramics can be cleaned easily and without any obstacles. Top hygiene guaranteed!

A wobbly toilet seat is not only annoying, in the long term it can also damage the seat and toilet. If your toilet seat wobbles, it is usually due to a loose fastening. In this case, you have the following options:

1. Check and tighten:
If the fastening is accessible from below, check whether everything is properly tightened. If this is the case, you can screw another nut onto the existing thread and fix the fastening additionally. In technical jargon, this procedure is called counter-tightening.

2. Retighten:
If the fastening of the toilet seat is not visible from below, a different procedure is necessary. In this case, there should be a screw on the part of the fastening that you see on top of the toilet. You can tighten this screw to provide additional stability.

3. Installation set:
If the toilet seat still wobbles despite these measures, you should buy an appropriate installation set. You can find them in DIY stores. You can check which one you need for your seat in the product finder.

You can exchange an item purchased in the store in its original packaging by presenting the purchase receipt to the store. However, we recommend that you inform yourself about the usual market regulations for an exchange or a complaint beforehand.
